flour<\/li>\n<li>200 g carob flour<\/li>\n<li>120 g coarsely ground walnuts<\/li>\n<li>110 ml. olive oil<\/li>\n<li>180 ml. fresh orange juice<\/li>\n<li>2 orange zest<\/li>\n<li>180 ml. milk<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of soda<\/li>\n<li>80 g. brown sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Execution<\/h3>\n<p>Combine the two flours in a basin (small bowl).<\/p>\n<p>Place the milk, sugar and olive oil in another bowl and mix with a hand whisk until the sugar melts, about 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Then slowly add the flour and finally the orange zest and walnuts.<\/p>\n<p>Place in a greased and floured baking tin and bake at 170o C for about 50
