Salmon with balsamic vinegar and sesame

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of salmon fillet
  • 3 spoonfuls of honey
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons carob liqueur
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of black sesame salt and pepper

Steps

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C Place non-stick baking paper on a baking tray and place the salmon fillets on it (if you are using salmon with skin, then it should be on the bottom side of the tray). Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the honey, vinegar, carob, sugar, both types of sesame seeds and garlic. If the mixture is thick enough, add a little water.

Step 3

Then spread half the sauce over the salmon and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Next, put the rest of the sauce on top and continue baking for another 5 minutes. Serve with rice or couscous with vegetables.
