Materials
- 300 g wholemeal flour
- 200 g carob flour
- 120 g coarsely ground walnuts
- 110 ml. olive oil
- 180 ml. fresh orange juice
- 2 orange zest
- 180 ml. milk
- 1 teaspoon of soda
- 80 g. brown sugar
Execution
Combine the two flours in a basin (small bowl).
Place the milk, sugar and olive oil in another bowl and mix with a hand whisk until the sugar melts, about 5 minutes.
Then slowly add the flour and finally the orange zest and walnuts.
Place in a greased and floured baking tin and bake at 170o C for about 50 minutes.
