Ingredients
- 500 g hard flour
- 150 g carob flour
- 10 g carob honey
- 15 g fine salt
- 2 magnesia
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 400 ml lukewarm water
Method of execution

- Preheat the oven to 200° C in the air.
- Put all the ingredients in a mixer with the hook attachment.
- Mix on medium speed until a dough forms and comes away from the sides.
- Lightly grease a bowl, place the dough in it and allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes and rise.
- Form a round loaf with your hands and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 180° C on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Allow to cool and serve with ingredients of your choice.
