Bread with carob

Ingredients

  • 500 g hard flour
  • 150 g carob flour
  • 10 g carob honey
  • 15 g fine salt
  • 2 magnesia
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 400 ml lukewarm water

Method of execution

    1. Preheat the oven to 200° C in the air.
  1. Put all the ingredients in a mixer with the hook attachment.
  2. Mix on medium speed until a dough forms and comes away from the sides.
  3. Lightly grease a bowl, place the dough in it and allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes and rise.
  4. Form a round loaf with your hands and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes at 180° C on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Allow to cool and serve with ingredients of your choice.
